HISTORIC RENEWAL

Built in 1893, this project demanded creative technical solutions as we deepened the basement to a livable height and stabilized the century old rock foundations.  That mission accomplished, we also relocated the stone garage, and then proceeded with a complete gut and rework of the entire remainder of the house, essentially building a new structure within the old, and then finishing the project to a 21^st Century aesthetic.
